Do I need a credit card?
No. The trial is genuinely free for 14 days. Email and password, that's it. If you decide to keep Pro after the trial, you pay $55/mo from then on. If you don't upgrade, you drop to the free plan and keep your journal data.
Do I need a broker account?
No, but the journal only earns its keep when there are trades flowing in. You can use the free trial to look at the dashboard, the AI Coach, and the calculators. To get the full experience, connect any broker (MT4, MT5, cTrader, Binance, ByBit, plus more) using the read-only investor password. We never place a trade.
What happens after 14 days?
Two options. Upgrade to Pro at $55/mo (or local equivalent) and everything you had during the trial keeps working. Or do nothing and drop to the free plan, which still includes the journal but loses the AI Coach, advanced analytics, drawdown alerts, and Monte Carlo simulator. Your trade history stays in your account either way.
Is my money safe?
TraderDNA doesn't touch your money. We connect to your broker using a read-only investor password, which means we can see your trades but can never place one. Your deposit stays with your broker, your withdrawals go through your broker, and your password is encrypted in our database.
Why is this free?
Because we know the product. 14 days is plenty to see if it fits your workflow. We'd rather lose people who don't get value than lock them into a contract they regret. Word of mouth from happy traders is cheaper than chasing chargebacks from unhappy ones.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in two clicks. No questions, no clawbacks, no penalty. If you cancel during the trial you simply stop being on Pro. If you cancel after upgrading you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is this for beginners or experienced traders?
